Alpine rye sandwich
You'll need:
crusty rye, Annameru slices, sharp mustard, pickles, crisp lettuce
Do this:
Toast the rye bread, spread butter & mustard, layer Annameru, add pickles and lettuce. Press, slice, enjoy.
Carbonara-style pasta
You'll need:
spaghetti, Annameru cubes, olive oil, garlic, black pepper, plant cream, salt
Do this:
Pan-sear cubes until golden. Add garlic briefly. Toss with al dente spaghetti and pasta water.
Finish with pepper.Trail nibble (hike-friendly)
You'll need:
Annameru slices or sticks, rye crackers, an apple, a small jar of mustard
Do this:
Chill before packing. Slice into sticks for easy snacking. Pair with crackers, apple, and a dab of mustard on the summit.
